At Rue de Verneuil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is unused, then include the printed return form inside the box.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
